The Reed Band has had four playing holidays in Germany, three of them to West Lothian's twinned county, Hochsauerlandkreis. There we met with a German band of similar configuration who have subsequently made visits to Scotland. Both on formal and personal levels, many happy links have been formed with the Musikverein Vosswinkel.
Besides, the Band Webmaster is the Treasurer of the West Lothian Twinning Association !
